Cablecats are a very cyberpotent form of [[nyamii|Nyamii]], they own devices such as the [[kestrel_circuit_company|Kestrel Circuit]] BluBox (a device for interacting with electronic networks through dreams) and  spend unusually high (even for Nyamii standards) amounts of time sleeping.
